Rasem is a Palestinian-Canadian with a cumulative of over 19 years of international experience in the the fields of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
Rasem has been working in Palestine as a university lecturer and as a senior executive strategist in the fields of Information Technology Management, Telecommunications, and Economic Growth and Development. He worked on various training and consultation engagements with many private sector entities and with International NGOs. He also designed, implemented and managed mega projects funded by NGOs in Palestine. Rasem held multiple positions such as ICT Infrastructure Manager, Senior ICT consultant, Senior Strategist, ICT Manager, Chief Executive Officer, University Lecturer, and many other consultation positions. Rasem is currently the C.E.O of the Ibdaa, an organization that stimulates, creates, funds and incubates teams of students with innovative technological ideas at major Palestinian universities.
