Eng. Abu Rayhyan held a master degree in water and environmental engineering and a B.SC in civil engineering. He is currently the director of the Training and Employment Department at PEA , and the director of its Training Center and the chief officer for the Green Building section.
A certified locally and internationally trainer in the fields of local and international NGOS, proposal writing and fundraising,. Eng. Abu Rayyan has several scientific papers published in international scientific journals and participate in several international and local conferences.
