Shawkat Sarsour شوكت صرصور
An independent consultant with over twenty five years of
experience in community and organizational development work. His experience
spans the entire development programming cycle from facilitation of
participatory planning and design processes, to project implementation and
technical assistance, on through monitoring and evaluation. Shawkat has
provided consulting services to governmental and non-governmental
organizations, community-based entities, and cooperative associations in
Palestine and the MENA region in these areas. He brings strong hand-on
expertise in facilitating and supporting assessment and planning processes for
communities, organizations, programmes.
متفرغ منذ العام 2003 لتقديم الاستشارات في مجالات التنمية المجتمعية والمؤسساتية وتتركز خبرته في
مجالات الإدارة الاستراتيجية و دورة حياة المشروع والتي تشمل مراحل الدراسة والتصميم والتنفيذ والرقابة
والتقييم ويعتمد في عمله على النهج التشاركي. يقدم شوكت صرصور خدماته الاستشارية لمجموعة من
المنظمات والمؤسسات الوطنية والدولية في فلسطين وفي الخارج في مجال إعداد الاستراتيجيات وتطوير
أنظمة الرقابة والتقييم وإعداد الدراسات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتقييم البرامج والمشاريع وايضاً في تقديم
التدريب في مجالات العمل التعاوني وإدارة المشاريع والإدارة الاستراتيجية.
