Holds a B.A Degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University. Currently working in the Palestinian National School of Administration (PNSA) / General Personnel Council, as a Director of the Evaluation Department. Previously worked in the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics in several departments, the last was the Department of Quality as Head of Quality Systems Division. I am also a member of the Quality Management Committee and then took over the duties of Head of the Quality Management Committee for two years in 2013 and 2014, and was also a member of the Committee of the European Excellence Model (EFQM). Participated in the international conference held in Tunisia in 06/2018 in cooperation with the International Foundation for Administrative Sciences (IIAS), and presented a study entitled: The role of the Leadership Training Program (LTP) in building administrative capacities.
حاصلة على شهادة البكالوريوس تخصص إدارة الأعمال من جامعة بيرزيت.تعمل حاليا في المدرسة الوطنية الفلسطينية للإدارة / ديوان الموظفين العام مدير دائرة التقييم. عملت سابقاً في الجهاز المركزي الفلسطيني للإحصاء في عدة دوائر كان آخرها دائرة الجودة كرئيس قسم نظم الجودة.عضو في لجنة إدارة الجودة وبعدها تسلمت مهام رئيس لجنة إدارة الجودة لمدة سنتين على التوالي سنة 2013 و2014 ، وكنت أيضاً عضو في لجنة نموذج التميز الأوروبي .
و شاركت بالمؤتمر الدولي الذي عقد بتونس بشهر 06/2018 بالتعاون مع المؤسسة الدولية للعلوم الادارية (IIAS)، وقدمت دراسة بعنوان: دور برنامج إعداد القادة في بناء القدرات الإدارية.
